Pax Garments Training Program
In line with the overall objective of Pax Garments Limited, namely, to create employment amongst the youth especially women and the most vulnerable to bridge the gap of social inequality, Pax Garments Ltd began a training program in 2019 to prepare the youth mostly young and the most vulnerable girls of our society. The training program aims at preparing the youth and make them employable. The training is carved to offer practical, industry-oriented and modern training skills. In collaboration with the ministry of finance of the Government of Ghana and Caritas Korea, the program has ever since trained more than 300 young girls some whom are self-employed or employed by others. Today, about 25 such former trainees are working with the Company that trained them.
We are specialized in practical transfer of skills and we collaborate with sponsors who interested in such training activities to train the youth in dressmaking, embroidery, printing and knitting.
